People seem to be under the conception that these “tic tacs” might be some new military technology. Perhaps. However that type of “craft”, is by no means new. It is in fact one of the most commonly reported types of UFO since reports have been taken. Known as “Cigars”, “Cylinders”, “Ghost Rockets” and other names; it’s pretty clear to me anyway that the “tic tac” is not at all some new phenomenon. It’s just a new name for an old thing.
