Addressing the Most Common Criticisms Against Studying UAP – UAPx

In an article sure to receive comment both from UFO-interested and hard-skeptical audiences, Physicist Matthew Szydagis comprehensively challenges the general arguments dissing ufology. Szydagis’ more experienced ufological colleagues might not have included certain of his examples. Some opportunities were missed (as with notable Canadian sightings) to bolster Szydagis’ commendable efforts. Debunkers will reflexively seize upon the inclusion “bobbles,” but overall this is a thoughtful martialing of scientific, sociological, and “logical” points by a bona fide and rather courageous academic. Keith Basterfield has important news about The Latest Workshop of the Official French Government UAP Study Group. This reviewer was fortunate to be included in a brief “Meet and Greet” Zoom session with many of the CAIPAN participants—academics, aerospace specialists, and established civilian UAP researchers—after the workshop, and understands that videos from that conclave will be available online in about a month. And Joseph Trevithick describes some successful FOIA efforts including how a Swarmed Navy Destroyer Had Its Bridge Illuminated By Mysterious Drones. Though what’s been revealed seems completely mundane, it highlights a major security concern. And what’s been withheld at least suggests that rapid identification of aerial objects from whatever source is critical. (WM)– Delivered by Feed43 service
