AN ELITE cop believes the truth is out there after being swamped with UFO reports from fellow officers. Roy Teague, an inspector with the West Midlands force, teamed up with retired detective John Hanson to write a book about police sightings, entitled Policing the Haunted Skies. Roy Teague has seen numerous UFOs as a cop John Hanson runs a real life X-Files centre in Warwickshire Roy is hoping to repeat the success after receiving scores of new reports which he couldn’t squeeze into one book. Roy, who works in the armed response team, said: “Earlier this year I put out an appeal to police and support staff, whether currently serving or retired, who had been a witness to or investigated a UFO incident. “The response was so overwhelming that they were impossible to fit into a single book so I am now working on Volume 2. “Any information provided to me will be treated in the strictest of confidence and, if requested, anonymity is absolutely assured.” Roy became interested in UFOs when he turned the television on after getting home from a late shift.
